Terms and Conditions for Avproductionz Photography

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a photography session with Avproductionz, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book a session.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due on the date of the session.

  • Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

  • An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.

  • Deposits that are not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subjects the appointment to cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the Avproductionz policies. 

  • Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to one time, provided notification is given at least 48 hours in advance.

  • If rescheduling occurs, the new date must be within 6 months of the original session date.

  • If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 48 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session or a half refund. If not notified within 24 hours of the session the half deposit rule is cleared and there will be no refund BUT the client can reschedule for FREE on a day that fits the photographers schedule within 3 months. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If Avproductionz cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then the Videographer/Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Avproductinz fails for any other reason, Avproductionz shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid. 

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must communicate any special requests prior to the session.

  • Arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session time.

  • Ensure that all participants are ready and prepared for the photography session.

  • If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 48 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session or a half refund. 5. Delivery of Images

  • Final edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the session date.

  • Digital images will be provided through an online gallery.

  • Printed products can be discussed separately.

6. Copyright and Usage

  • All images taken by Avproductionz are copyrighted and remain the property of the photographer.

  • Clients will receive usage rights for personal use only, which includes sharing on social media with credit to Avproductionz.

  • Any commercial use of the photographs requires written permission and may incur an additional fee.

7. Model Release

  • By booking a session, you grant Avproductionz the right to use your images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, portfolio, and website use.

  • If you do not wish to have your images used in this manner, please inform us before the session.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Avproductionz is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the photography session.

  • In the rare event that images are lost or damaged due to technical failures, a refund will be provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

10. Changes to Terms

Avproductionz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms before booking.
