Booking Policies

Payments

At the time of booking half a deposit is required and is nonrefundable. The full payment must be completed on or before the day of the shoot. (Head to “Read Me” for more details)

Tardiness

The session will be cancelled if more than 30 minutes late. An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end time will not be extended to accommodate for late clients.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 48 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session or a half refund. If not notified within 24 hours of the session the half deposit rule is cleared and there will be no refund BUT the client can reschedule for FREE on a day that fits the photographers schedule within 3 months.

Guests

I recommend 2-4 people for outside shoots. Large groups of people tend to take the focus away from getting as many photos as possible. You may bring as many people as you want for outside shoots but end production may vary.

Inside studio shoots will be kept to a 2-5 guest limit if not being shot.

Makeup artist/Hairstylist are welcomed on set.

Photographer is not responsible to supply any additional props/accessories prior to or during booking.

Failure to properly prepare will sole serve the photographer no responsibility.
